Table Tents for Bull Run Roasting Co.. Printed 2 sided, scored for folding. Cloth tags screen printed and attached by sewing machine before seam was sealed.
Menu design for main menu, exterior menu board & kids menu created for Brasa Rotisserie in Minneapolis and St. Paul MN. The main menu was built to harmonize with the restaurant's look & feel. Direction came from studying the worn paint, worn wall artwork, textured plaster work on the walls, and thinking through a way to maximize printing costs by using a reusable shell.
Both the main menu and the kids menu are pre printed shells, created so that the content could be easily updated by black copy imprinting. Collaboration with local artist to hand sketch illustrations for kids menu.
