001 | How healthy is my brand? [ PRINT 001 ]

Questions will refer to “you” as your company or service / offering.

-If people had a simple, 1 sentence thought that came to mind when they thought of you, what would you want it to be?

-Is this thought simple and easy to remember?  Is it true and able to be carried out?  Will people believe it?

-What expectations do your clients/customers have of you?

-On a scale of 1-10, how simple & easy to pronounce is your name?  In person & over the phone, how easy is it to tell someone your web URL?

-If our minds process shape first, color second, & content third, how clear and easy to comprehend is your logo’s shape, and how simple/consistent is your brand’s color and font strategy?

-What are the ways that people are reminded of the meaning of your brand when they see your: business cards, website, other points of contact?

 

 

002 | My next step in marketing. [ PRINT 002 ]

Questions will refer to “you” as your company or service / offering.


-What are the places or points of contact that people can see & interact with your message & image? (web, cards, signage, email, proposals, mail, packaging, advertising.…)

-If these are primary places where 1st impressions are formed in your customer’s mind, rate on a scale of 1-10, how excited/happy you are about each of these points of contact?

-Think through these from your customer’s point of view & then think through what changes you might make to your points of contact.

-Think through whether you see spending $ on your message & image as a cost or as an investment that will return.

-How much do you think should be spent on your marketing & image in 6 mo. of the year?  What might be an amount you would invest this upcoming month to help people see: you?

-What are some things that you could give away to clients that would meet a need, and at the same time tie into your marketing? (branded: coffee, note pads, gift cards, clothing….)

 

003 | Marketing that smells good.

Create your very own blend of coffee, serving it in the office and giving it away to customers. This marketing concept takes an everyday experiencial part of our day and finds a creative way to weave your brand into it.
